Job description

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage to lead a high-performing loan origination team in Brick, NJ. You will keep originating while leveraging processing, underwriting and back-office support to scale production and coaching.

You must have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, be an active NMLS Mortgage LLO with required principal license, and possess a strong referral network. You’ll lead culture, drive branch P&L, and recruit top talent.
