Job description
PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Madison, WI to lead a high-producing loan origination team while continuing to originate. You will recruit, coach, and mentor loan officers, drive production, and manage branch P&L with full back-office support.
You must have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (Principal Lending license where required), and a strong referral network of real estate agents.
