Job description
PRMI in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to continue originating while building a team. You’ll keep your own deals while we supply processing, underwriting, and back-office support to focus on production, recruiting and coaching.
You’ll earn 80K–220K base with commissions and a branch override; a sign-on bonus is available. This role rewards top producers with full benefits and leadership opportunities.
