About the job RN - Home Health - Brooklyn, NY
Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Pay Rate: $68.50 per hour
Locations: Brooklyn, Bronx, NYC, Long Island
Commitment: 13 weeks
Schedule:
Minimum of 3 days per week; flexibility appreciated
Charting and Documentation:
All electronic Charting
Documentation to be completed at the time of the visit
Submission of documentation within 24 hours after the visit via HHA Exchange System
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years of Home Care Head-to-Toe assessment experience
Equipment Provided:
Tablet provided for documentation purposes
1 full day of paid orientation at $35 per hour
