Job description
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Discovery Business and System Analyst in its Legal department to support multiple accounts and initiatives. The role focuses on documenting processes, analyzing requirements, and validating solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will build a robust requirements database, conduct gap analyses, and coordinate with IT and PMO teams to inform project prioritization and procurement decisions.
