Job description
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Lexington, KY seeks a Litigation Associate to join our Tort Practice Group. The ideal candidate has at least one year of litigation experience and strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Responsibilities include drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial; Kentucky bar admission is required or eligible via sitting for the Kentucky bar exam.
