Job description
CVS Health is seeking a Tort Litigation Counsel to oversee personal injury premises liability matters across the United States. In this role you will manage cases from initiation through resolution, coordinating with outside defense counsel and internal stakeholders to shape strategy and reserve planning.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation experience, an active law license, and a proven ability to handle complex disputes in a corporate setting.
