Job description
CVS Health is seeking a Tort Litigation Counsel to oversee personal injury premises liability litigation nationwide. You will manage complex cases from initiation through resolution and coordinate with outside counsel to defend CVS Health.
The role requires 2+ years of litigation experience, admission to a state bar, and demonstrated ability to lead strategy, collaborate with senior leaders, and manage a full docket. JD degree is required.
