Job description
The Kendall Group seeks a Total Quality Leader to establish, own, and operate its quality program across eight divisions and 75+ locations. You will define defect taxonomy, develop COPQ models for distribution, and ensure accurate data capture and reporting to guide executive decisions.
This role partners with cross-functional teams, presents findings to branch operations and leadership, and drives continuous improvement with dashboards and supplier scorecards.
