Job description
The Kendall Group is seeking a Total Quality Leader to establish and own the quality program. You will define quality failures, capture defect data, and report insights to support continuous improvement across eight divisions and 75+ locations.
The role requires data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You will develop dashboards, COPQ models, and supplier quality scorecards while tracking opportunities to closure and verifying cost
