Job description
BestCo LLC is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, wellness, and HRIS programs across multiple sites. You will manage annual enrollment, vendor partnerships, and data accuracy in UKG, while guiding salary structures and job evaluations.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in benefits administration, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with ERISA and related regulations. This role requires travel (~10%) and collaboration across departments.
