Job description
Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking a Lead of Total Rewards to develop, implement, and lead comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. You will partner with organizational leaders to align total rewards with goals, promote well‑being, and ensure equity and compliance.
The role oversees compensation strategy, benefits administration, recognition initiatives, analytics, and continuous improvement, driving partnerships across the foundation and affiliated schools.
