Job description
Sequoia Financial Group, a growing Registered Investment Advisor headquartered in Northeast Ohio, seeks a Total Rewards Department Lead in Akron to own compensation design, job architecture, governance, and analytics. You will partner with Finance, M&A, and the Advisor organization to harmonize pay decisions and equity terms.
The role requires leadership across compensation and benefits programs, designing plans for business units, and maintaining program documentation.
