Job description
Uponor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits to design, administer and ensure legal compliance of BFS Americas employee benefits and compensation programs.
You will partner with external brokers and internal teams to optimize programs, oversee Well-being initiatives, and lead total rewards in the US and Canada from the hybrid headquarters in Apple Valley, MN.
