Job description
Nidec is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead U.S. benefits, leave, retirement, and wellness programs. You will ensure compliant administration, partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, and drive continuous improvement in Total Rewards operations.
