Job description
SCN BestCo, a leading Vitamin, Mineral & Supplement innovator and manufacturer, seeks a Total Rewards Manager to oversee compensation, benefits, wellness, and HRIS across multiple sites in the United States, including annual enrollment and vendor coordination.
The role requires 5 years of benefits administration, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and proficiency with UKG HRIS and MS Office. Travel ~10% to company sites may be needed.
