Job description
Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland is seeking a senior leader to manage compensation and benefits, career pathing and leave programs. You will lead planning, administration and implementation of compensation and benefits, and oversee career paths and job descriptions.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years in Total Rewards with leadership experience, and three years supervising staff. SHRM certifications are preferred.
