PrePass is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team in a hybrid or remote capacity, with Phoenix as a base. The role focuses on elevating the employee experience through strategic compensation and benefits initiatives and reports to the VP of Human Resources.
The position drives market benchmarking, grade structure design, pay policy development, and open enrollment programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy across rewards programs.
