Job description
Jungle Jim's International in Ohio is seeking a Tours Department Manager to lead a team of tour guides and create memorable guest experiences across one of the world’s largest markets. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure high service standards across all tours.
The role requires strong communication, coaching abilities, and flexibility in scheduling. Training may occur at the Eastgate location, with regular travel for staff development and guest engagements.
