Operator Position at DarigoldDarigold is seeking a motivated Operator to be part of our team. The Production Worker must possess the desire and ability to contribute to the success of the Sunnyside Plant. The Tower Operator will work with others as an Operations team member to achieve team goals. The Tower Operator's role is to work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Do:Check the bag for proper sealsPerform cheese samplingWillingness to learn cheese operationsWhat You Will Bring:Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail must be able to complete multiple and repetitive tasks, must be committed to accuracy and qualityWork with others to achieve team goalsMust be available for multiple shifts in a 24/7 environmentMust maintain high attendance standards and be trusted with a high level of responsibilityMust be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periodsExperience in a manufacturing environment, mechanical skills desirableAble to work all shifts, weekends and holidaysBenefits of Working at Darigold:We understand that as an employee, the benefits that support you and your family in and out of work are important.
