Job description
Digital Sales Performance Manager – Walser Toyota
Where Sales, Technology & Performance Come Together
Are you the person who sees opportunity in the data? Who knows how to turn a lead into an appointment, a database into a sales pipeline, and a CRM into a true performance tool?
Walser Toyota Bloomington is looking for a Digital Sales Performance Manager to help drive results across one of Walser Automotive Group’s largest and highest-volume operations.
This is more than managing leads or running reports. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, technology, data, process, and people —partnering directly with dealership leadership to identify opportunities, improve conversion, coach performance, and generate incremental business.
And you’ll do it at an operation with serious scale.
Why Walser Toyota Bloomington?
The performance—and recognition—speak for themselves:
7,000+ vehicles sold annually for the past 7 consecutive years
Toyota Board of Governors Award Winner – 3 consecutive years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
President’s Award for Customer First – 7 consecutive years
Customer First Advisory Board Winner – recognizing the Top 50 Toyota dealerships nationally for excellence in service, parts, and customer satisfaction
World-class, state-of-the-art facility
Prime Bloomington location in the center of the Twin Cities
At this volume, digital performance matters.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence thousands of customer interactions, maximize a robust customer database, improve lead conversion, uncover sales and acquisition opportunities, and help our sales team perform at an even higher level.
Compensation: On-Target Earnings of $75,000 with earning potential of $100,000+
Performance-based incentive opportunity gives you the ability to directly impact your earning potential through results.

CRM or database power user who knows how to turn customer data into opportunities
Results-driven sales professional who is naturally analytical, tech-savvy, and process-oriented
If you’re someone who looks at a sales funnel and immediately starts thinking about response time, follow-up, appointments, conversion, lost opportunities, and what we could do better , we want to meet you.
