You’ll guide buyers through the process from introduction to delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: * Build relationships and create customers for life through attentive, personalized service * Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyles * Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm and professionalism * Stay knowledgeable about Toyota models, features, and the latest technology * Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals * Learn to overcome objections and excel in closing opportunities * Report directly to the Sales Manager on goals, performance, and customer feedback * Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day What We’re Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, well-groomed appearance * Self-motivated and eager to learn new products and technology * Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays * Clean driving record and insurable by our insurance standards * Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record check. Preferred Backgrounds While automotive experience is a plus, it’s not required!
