Key HolderThis role is a part time position and is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing the cash register. The process to get there should be fun and challenging.Essential Functions:Sales & Services:Greet every customer on entryExecute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunityOffer current promotions and special offersOperate the Point of Sale system accuratelyProvide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special ordersMaintaining the Store Environment:Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards, engages your consumer, and stimulates them to buyReceive and place new shipmentsReset features and promotions as directedComplete regular housekeeping tasksOpening & Closing Procedures:Open and/or close the store as scheduledPrepare cash bank at openingPrepare and make nightly cash deposits at closingComplete opening or closing checklist for every shiftRequirements:Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field)Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leaderSelf-motivated, passionate about the work you put out, lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindsetHigh integrity, accountability, reliability, and responsible individual who is open to feedbackCreate an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with the customer needsKnowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss preventionBasic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft officeAble to perform basic math functionsFlexible and strives in fast paced environmentAttention to detailBenefits:401K retirement planEmployee discountFlexible scheduleGo!
