nBased in Des Moines, Iowa USA, our fleet maintenance and repair facility is a 24/7 operation. Our team performs COMPLETE maintenance services for our fleet of over 200 trucks (90% diesel) and over 200 refrigerated trailers.
nJOB REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWED:
nnnExtensive knowledge of diesel motors and all systems (powertrain, electrical, suspension, exhaust, body work, tires, etc.) o be able to properly diagnose and repair and assist our fleet drivers.
n
nnStrong HVAC knowledge- must have CFC certification.
n
nnTeam members are required to have (or acquire within 45 days) a Class A CDL and legally maintain.
n
nnKnowledge of DOT regulations- keep our trucks and trailers safe on the road.
n
nnMust have formal training, certifications and experience.
n
nnMust possess your own basic hand tools. Many specialized tools available for use in the shop.
n
nnComputer skills and the ability to accurately perform paperwork and relevant documentation regarding repairs.
n
nnMust be able to successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment testing which includes the following: DOT Clearinghouse, Background Check, Pre-Employment Drug Tests, Pre-Employment Medical Exam (must be able to maintain DOT medical card) and Physical Capacity Testing.
n
nnMust be a team player and conduct themselves in a professional manner that is consistent with all AE Dairy company policies.
n
nnMust successfully complete sixty (60) day probationary period (based upon attendance, performance, adherence to company policy and needs of business).

n nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
nnn$35.50 Per Hour- Paid Weekly.
n
nn$0.75 Cents Per Hour Shift Differential for Hours Worked Between 6 PM- 6 AM.

nnOn-Call Pay (if applicable)
n
nnWellmark BC/BS Medical Insurance w RX Plan (*commencing after 30 days of employment on 1st of month)- Single $15.00 per week and Family $25.00 per week

nn*Dental Insurance (ZERO COST w/ Medical Insurance Participant)

nn401k (After 90 Days of Employment)

nnVacation- 40 Hours After Completion of Six (6) Months of Employment

nnPaid Holidays- After completion of sixty day probationary period.
