Trade Compliance SpecialistWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Daily collaboration with internal/external parties to monitor and facilitate compliance on imported/exported product.Work with shippers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure all information and/or documentation is compliant and received timely for import and export declarations and processes.Request, review and approve USMCA certificateAnalyze and control Annex 24Support with VAT and IEPS Certification controls.Analyzes, audits and evaluates internal and external business partners including operations, procedures, and documentations to verify and ensure global trade compliance.Support Compliance Manager related reports, new project, provide information to suppliers, brokersPoint of contact with broker and suppliers related Virtual OperationsIn charge of performance Special operations such as: Virtual Pedimentos, change of regimen, regularization pedimentosValidate complete 100% the Physical and Digital File by month of all import and export operationValidate 100% Payment of suppliers on timeAbout Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
