BCG Attorney Search seeks a Trademark and Copyright Associate in New Haven, CT, with 3–4 years of intellectual property experience to join our team. The role focuses on trademark and copyright matters, including prosecution, strategy, and enforcement.
The successful candidate will manage domestic and global trademark prosecution, handle disputes, draft IP agreements, and perform IP due diligence for corporate transactions. Bar admission in good standing is required.
