Tradesman ElectriciansCummings Electrical is hiring Tradesman Electricians for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC's and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact.ResponsibilitiesRead in-depth blueprints (mechanical, layout/on-line drawings)Determine size of pull box or J-box based on wires inside or passing throughSize wire based on amperage and voltage drop.Troubleshoot electrical systems (equipment, devices, conduit wires)Bend and install 3" or greater conduitTerminate inside of Transformers, Switchgears, Generators and UP's, Lighting control panel and Control PanelsPossesses skills of Apprentice Levels A1, A2, A3, and A4.Demonstrates understanding of safety requirements by practicing safe work procedures as outlined in Cummings Electrical Safety Policy Handbook, Haz-Com Policy, and Lockout/Tagout Policy.QualificationsActive TDLR Apprentice License is requiredMinimum 4 years Apprentice Electrician commercial/industrial experienceReliable transportationSkilled in a construction environmentAbility to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shiftsAbility to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job dutiesHow we support you:Enjoy working with happy and fulfilled colleaguesWork with the bestLeadership developmentFeel supported by management who caresConfidence in your and others health and safetyExcited about working at a highly respected companyCummings offers:Weekly PayOvertimeBonusesBoot and tool purchase assistanceTrainingHealth benefit options and service discounts401(k) 8% employer matchLicenses & Certification assistanceCareer advancementCummings Electrical is an equal opportunity employer.
