With TP ICAP Global Broking's growth in hybrid trading and volume matching platforms, Trading System Support are at the center of every launch including:Providing market support to Clients, Brokers and sales teamsStatic data configuration for both client and instrument set upClient on boarding and support for post trade services, order routing and market dataRepresent the team as key project stakeholder in all trading initiativesEnsure TP ICAP's markets are run in an orderly fashion, maximizing speed to market in a compliant controlled mannerRole ResponsibilitiesMarket ControlAccess controls onto TP ICAP's electronic and voice offeringsAdhering to governance by following operational procedures to ensure TP ICAP's market operate in an orderly mannerMaintain all groups and pages, including sorting across multiple asset classesCreating all Firms, traders, brokers, and Voice accountsResponsible for Auction calendar and rolling new instruments onto the screenWork with NEX/Broker Tec for customer and firm mappingWill be responsible for Market Control of all products on our trading systemsMarket SupportInvestigation and escalation of system issues to production support or directly to developers following global support frameworkBroker/Trader support, training and screen configuration on TP ICAP's electronic platformsHandling client queries and managing issues through to resolutionHandle connectivity issues for brokers and tradersInvestigate post trade issues with clientsClient IntegrationClient on boarding and support of market data, order routing and post trade services via FIX or proprietary APIsData MaintenanceStatic data set up for internal and external users including entities on TP ICAP's electronic platforms in front and middle office systemsStatic data instrument set up for TP ICAP's Global Broking electronic offerings in all regionsExperience / CompetencesEssentialHigh technical competencyMarket monitoring and supportAbility to manage small projects independently to a conclusionAPI Support including experience with FIX protocolMulti asset class knowledgeStrong client facing abilityService orientated with good understanding of trade flowsExperience in a support role from a market or technical perspectiveUnderstanding of Wholesale Financial ServicesBasic level of IT networkingComprehensive knowledge of the life cycle of a tradeGood understanding of inter-dealing brokingDesiredExperience in deploying internet-based trading applications and troubleshooting connectivity and packaging issuesDemonstratable knowledge of FIX client on boardingProficiency with HTML5Knowledge of Credit Derivatives, Bond, FX products nsf OTC productsExperience of working within an investment bank or inter-dealer brokerJob Band & LevelProfessional / 4$60,000-$65,000#LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
