Job description
Full-time ministry leadership role responsible forleading FMC’s traditional worship ministry , reporting to the Lead Pastor.
Lead traditional worship services, choirs, ensembles, and musicians.
Plan worship with the Lead Pastor around Scripture, sermons, and the church calendar. Recruit, train, disciple, and develop volunteers and musicians.
Oversee rehearsals, scheduling, special services, budget, music resources, and licensing.
Collaborate with the Modern Worship Director and other church staff to support one unified church mission.
Maintainmusical excellence while keeping worship centered on Christ, discipleship, and congregational participation.
Ideal candidate: Experienced traditional worship/music leader with strong conducting, leadership, organizational, and relational skills.
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000/year, full-time (40+ hours/week including Sundays).
