Job description
GFL Environmental is seeking a skilled Trailer Mechanic to keep our essential service fleet safe and reliable. In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers used in waste and recycling operations, including brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and structural components. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and welding/fabrication as needed, accurately document work, and support rapid turnaround to minimize downtime. Working in a safety-first, team-oriented environment, you’ll help deliver sustainable services to communities while building a stable, long-term career with growth opportunities across North America.
