Trailer Shop ManagerFull-TimeTrailer Service & Parts IndustryTransport Refrigeration is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trailer Shop Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with refrigerated Semi-trailer wreck repair knowledge who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, estimating repairs, and helping grow the business.If you have experience in trailer wreck repair, service, operations, or management and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoEstimate trailer repairs for customers ranging from minor repairs to major jobsSell trailer parts and grow outside parts salesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsMarket services to both new and existing customersWork closely with Service, Parts, and Sales departments to coordinate repairs and projectsMonitor estimate accuracy and shop performanceVisit customers and sell trailer shop servicesSupport shop growth and overall customer satisfactionMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeQualificationsPrevious experience estimating wreck repairs for reefer and dry trailer requiredBackground in Service Management, Operations Management, General Management, or related field preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSense of urgency and strong work ethicComfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookValid driver’s license requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs occasionallyAbility to sit, stand, bend, squat, walk, and climb in and around trailersComfortable working in both office and shop environmentsWhy Join Transport Refrigeration?Stable, growing companyTeam-oriented environmentOpportunity to build customer relationships and grow businessVariety in day-to-day responsibilitiesHands-on industry with growth potentialApply today to join a company that values teamwork, customer service, and industry expertise
