Emerging Talent ProgramApplication Deadline: October 15, 2026Program Dates: January 4 or 11, 2027 – December 17, 2027Start and end dates are flexible. Trainees must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.Our Emerging Talent Programs — including Internships and Trainee roles — provide hands-on opportunities for students and early-career professionals to contribute to the teams behind our film, television, and entertainment experiences.These paid, seasonal assignments deliver meaningful, high-impact work designed to accelerate your growth. You'll take on real responsibilities, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the business through structured learning, executive engagement, and networking opportunities.Department Description:The Creative Group supports world class filmmakers as they develop their ideas into animated feature films, series, shorts. They foster a creative, supportive, and structured environment to help filmmakers develop their visions into innovative, classic and entertaining stories. This is achieved in a variety of ways, including conducting research, building teams, and providing feedback.Responsibilities:Provide administrative assistanceMaintain department organizationProvide Creative Executives with development research and coverageHeavy scheduling and support for two busy film and series executivesAttend and/or transcribe notes from creative department meetingsPitch sessions, development sessions with writers, directors, producers, etc., into memo form for distribution to creative executivesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree - In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experienceKnowledge of MS Powerpoint, Word, and ExcelExcellent communication skills—written and oral (must have a professional and courteous demeanor)Interested in entertainment businessMust be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely mannerMust be able to meet deadlinesMust be detail-orientedMust be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revisionMust be a self-started with a team player attitudePreferred Qualifications:Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsCommon sense, dependability, discretion and attention to detail are requiredThe anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits.
