We are committed to providing the highest quality care and support to the individuals we serve, and we are looking for someone who shares our values.RequirementsMust be able to speak basic English/ Debe hablar ingles basicoAs a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for:Providing individualized support to individuals with developmental disabilitiesDriving our participants safely to and from locations in company vehicleEncouraging and supporting individuals in their personal and social developmentImplementing individualized plans and goals to help individuals achieve their full potentialAdvocating for the rights and needs of individuals with developmental disabilitiesTo be successful in this role, you must have:A passion for helping others and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilitiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with othersA positive and enthusiastic attitudePatience, empathy, and understandingA willingness to learn and grow in your roleMust be able to pass physical and TB testMust have a valid CA driver's license and acceptable driving recordMust pass background screening with Department of JusticeWe offer full benefit packages including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching contributions, sick pay and paid time off. Company will provide CPR/ First Aid Training and certification.
