Job description
This is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for email marketing and campaign operations teams.
Create curriculum, training materials, and workshops to support team development.
Utilize LMS platforms, AI, and other technologies to enhance training delivery and measure effectiveness.
Partner with marketing operations leaders and subject matter experts to improve workflows and training outcomes.
Manage projects, workflows, and competing priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Ideal Background:
4–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Marketing Operations.
5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with HTML/CSS, email templates, and landing pages.
Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Instructional design certifications and experience with data visualization tools are a plus.
