Job description
Job Title: Training Specialist 3
Location: Remote (Local to Southern California for equipment pick up)
Duration: 6 Months Assignment
Shift/Hours: M-F 8-5 PST
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
A highly strategic and creative learning professional who designs and facilitates leadership development experiences, leverages visual storytelling and multimedia solutions to drive engagement, applies marketing principles to increase learning adoption, and partners across the business to build workforce capability.
Leadership Instructional Design Expertise Strategic learning and leadership development design
Adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile)
Curriculum architecture and learning journey mapping
Leadership competency development
Performance consulting and business alignment
Facilitation & Leadership Development Expert facilitator for virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning experiences
Executive presentation skills
Group dynamics and learner engagement expertise
Workshop design and delivery
Coaching and feedback facilitation
Required Skills/Attributes: Psychological safety and inclusive facilitation practices

E-learning authoring (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate)
Minimum Years of Experience: 5
Education Requirement : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Desired Skills/Attributes : Graphic Design Capabilities: Visual communication and information design, Branding and design consistency, Infographic development, User-centered design principles, Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools, Visual learning asset creation, Data visualization and executive-ready presentations, Creative direction and design thinking
Marketing & Communications Skills: Learning campaign development and promotion, Internal communications strategy, Audience segmentation and learner engagement tactics, Content marketing and adoption strategies, Brand messaging and storytelling, Employee engagement communications, Strategic messaging for leadership initiatives
Multimedia Development: Video production and editing, Motion graphics and animation, Podcast and audio content creation, Interactive media development, Digital content production, Learning experience (LX) design, AI-enhanced content creation and multimedia tools
