You are the calm in the chaos, the steady hand in the process, and the person our agents trust to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.If you enjoy being the behind-the-scenes MVP who keeps everything moving smoothly, you'll love this role.What You'll Be DoingYou'll take ownership of the transaction process from start to finishManaging residential real estate transactions from listing to closingReviewing contracts, disclosures, and addenda for accuracy and complianceServing as the central point of communication between agents, clients, and title/escrowTracking deadlines and contingencies to ensure smooth, on-time closingsKeeping files audit-ready and fully compliant with brokerage and state requirementsProblem-solving proactively when challenges ariseMaintaining organized digital records in our transaction management systemsSupporting agents with documentation, timelines, and process clarityIdentifying smarter, more efficient ways to improve workflowsUpholding the elevated service standards that define Summit Sotheby'sThis is a role where your organization, foresight, and follow-through directly impact the success of every deal.About YouYou're not just organized. You're unshakeable under pressure, proactive, and energized by responsibility.You likely have:2+ years of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, or California residential transaction management experienceStrong knowledge of Utah contracts and compliance (Idaho, Nevada, or California experience is a plus)The ability to manage multiple transactions with minimal supervisionA calm, solutions-first mindsetHigh accountability and attention to detailA desire to grow long-term within real estate operationsStrong communication skills and the ability to connect with different personalitiesConfidence using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Apple productsA natural curiosity about systems and technology that increase efficiencyMost importantly, you take pride in your work and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.About UsSummit Sotheby's International Realty is the local affiliate of a globally recognized brand synonymous with exceptional service and elevated marketing.
