Job description
CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to join our Transaction Tax practice. Lead engagements and mentor teams while developing and sustaining client relationships across acquisitions and dispositions.
You will collaborate with specialty tax groups and drive tax due diligence projects, ensuring timely and accurate reports and value-added tax planning guidance.
