Job description
CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC (CLA) is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to join our Transaction Tax practice. You will manage and develop relationships with new business development, existing clients and mentor team members while leading engagements related to tax due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 10+ years of federal/state/international tax experience, CPA license (JD/EA may be accepted in lieu).
