Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
✔ 3–5 years PQE
✔ Commercial real estate transactions + real estate finance (core work)
✔ Big Law training – AmLaw 100 or strong regional equivalent
✔ JD from Top 10–14 (Top 20 considered for standout candidates)
✔ Proven drafting and transaction experience
What Will Make You Stand Out

⭐ Experience leading components of deals with autonomy
⭐ Specific lending/finance background
