This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a team known for its depth of experience, client-focused approach, and collaborative culture.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing2-5 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development projectsExperience with real estate debt and/or equity mattersStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsElevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finishConfident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counselDemonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamKey ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documentsConduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processesCollaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal adviceCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactionsSupport partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clientsWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected real estate practices—recognized for handling some of the most complex, high-profile transactions in the industry.
