We pride ourselves on our high-quality work and exceptional customer service.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transcriptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for listening to audio recordings and accurately transcribing them into written documents. This role requires a strong command of the English language, excellent typing skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe them into written documentsEnsure accuracy and consistency in transcriptions by proofreading and editingUse transcription software and equipment to streamline the transcription processMeet tight deadlines and manage a high volume of workCommunicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure client satisfactionMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive informationCollaborate with team members to improve processes and quality of workRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in transcription or a related field preferredExcellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minuteStrong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spellingAbility to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in using transcription software and equipmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if neededBenefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer development and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for transcription, we would love to hear from you.
