Job description
Yale NewHaven Health is seeking a Transfer Center Associate to coordinate patient transfers from referring physicians across multiple hospitals, ensuring correct bed placement and timely admissions. You will work with bed managers, clinicians, and transport teams to optimize throughput and patient flow.
The role requires EMT-Paramedic certification, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems (EPIC, CRM).
