Job description
West Tennessee Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient transfers and bed placement during night shift. The incumbent will liaise with physicians and nursing staff, coordinate Epic documentation, and ensure smooth patient flow across departments.
The role requires RN licensure in Tennessee and a minimum of five years of clinical experience, with preference for transfer/bed coordination expertise and strong communication skills.
