Job description
CentraCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transfer Center at St. Cloud Hospital. You will manage inbound and outbound communication to evaluate patient placement and ensure safe, efficient transfers within the CentraCare system.
The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, MN RN licensure, and at least 3 years of acute care experience. BLS is required, with Epic and MS Office experience a plus. This on-site position offers a full-time schedule with nights and rotating weekends.
