Job description
Humana Inc. through CenterWell Home Health in Kaufman, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan and deliver home-based rehab services, helping patients regain strength and independence.
You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately. The role requires an active OT license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; home health experience is preferred.
