Job description
Liberty Mutual is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Alignment for Frontier to lead cross-functional transformation across OneProperty and Specialty. Serve as quarterback for program cadence, governance, and readiness, guiding leadership with a clear narrative on status and needs.
You will partner with the OneProperty PPO and domain teams to coordinate dependencies, drive accountability, and ensure delivery across multiple lines of business with focus on value delivery and scale.
