Job description
We are hiring a senior-level Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives within a global financial services / asset management environment. This role focuses on delivering change across people, process, data, and technology.
This is not a PMO or coordination-only role . The successful candidate will own delivery end-to-end and work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Priority Profile (Must‑Haves)
Experience in financial services or asset / investment management
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Advanced project and program management experience
Experience with management reporting and process improvement
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional delivery in fast‑paced environments
What you’ll do
Lead transformation initiatives across business and technology teams
Drive execution across people, process, data, and technology changes
Facilitate decision‑making and resolve delivery risks and issues
Own outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
What you bring
Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail
Experience operating in high‑change, high‑accountability environments
Hybrid working model | Boston-based
