Outside Sales Representative – Transformer SalesPay Range: $100,000 Base + Benefits + Uncapped Commission (OTE $150,000–$200,000+)Location: Carlsbad, NM (Remote)Position Type: Direct HireWhy consider this Outside Sales Representative position:Ground-floor opportunity launching a brand-new transformer product line means huge opportunity. Established company with 8+ years and $20M+ in revenue.How you'll spend your time as an Outside Sales Representative:Sell a new line of transformers to customers across the U.S. Target data centers, co-ops, and other heavy industrial accounts. Build relationships with oil & gas and industrial decision makers. Manage a 3–6-month sales cycle from lead to close. Travel as needed to meet clients and close business. Connect with the team in-office roughly once every two months.Skills & experience we'd like you to have as an Outside Sales Representative:Proven experience selling transformers. Strong existing book of relationships you can leverage. Self-sufficient, motivated seller who thrives with autonomy. Comfortable managing large, complex deals from $30K to $1M+. Background in construction or industrial sales is a plus. Willingness to complete background and drug screening.
