Coordinate construction phase services for both design-build and design-bid-build projects

Work closely with clients, contractors, and project partners to ensure successful project delivery

Serve as pursuit manager on proposals for Transit Rail clients

Assist with pursuit strategy and overall client approach to help grow VHB's Transit & Rail practice in the region

Proven client relationship management experience with public transportation agencies, contractors, and regional stakeholders

Experience managing large-scale, multi-phase transportation infrastructure projects with a focus on schedule, budget, quality, and risk management

Knowledge of transit and rail project delivery methods including design-bid-build, design-build, and alternative delivery approaches

Ability to support business development initiatives, proposal strategy, and pursuit planning for transit and rail opportunities

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance technical delivery, client goals, and long-term transportation planning objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

BS in engineering or related field of study required, Master's degree a plus and may substitute for 1 year of experience

11+ years of experience in a design-focused project management role on transit or rail projects

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with Amtrak, SEPTA, DRPA, PATCO, NJ Transit, and/or NY MTA preferred
