Job description
Via is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the on-site daily operations in Montgomery. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurship-like role combining operations, business development, and people management to drive service excellence.
The GM will lead dispatch teams, build strong driver and partner relationships, and report metrics to leadership. A strong track record in leading teams and delivering superior customer service is required.
